We accept check, cash, or credit card as payment. Full payment is expected at the time of service.
We are out of network on all insurance. We will provide receipts that can be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement.
Ability to Pay
We also offer an ATP (ability to pay) scale, upon verification of income, for clients who cannot afford the full fee.

Nicole has specialized training in psychotherapy and family systems which will help you understand your symptoms and behavior patterns in the context of your relationship system.
Individual therapy is a process through which you work one-on-one with Nicole in a safe, caring, and confidential environment. Nicole will help you explore your feelings, thoughts, and/or behaviors, work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of your lives that you would like to change, better understand yourself and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change.
Nicole’s clients seek therapy for a wide variety of reasons, from coping with major life challenges or childhood trauma, to dealing with depression or anxiety, to simply desiring personal growth and greater self-knowledge. Nicole may work with a client for as few as five or six sessions, or as long as several years, depending on the client’s unique needs and personal goals for therapy.
Nicole is experienced in providing a variety of workshops and presentations for parent, church and community groups on the following topics.

Nicole has specific training in the Gottman Method and Sue Johnson Emotion Focused Therapy. Nicole is a certified facilitator in the Prepare-Enrich assessment and has provided substantial pre-marital therapy services to engaged couples.
Couples therapy is a process through which a couple (who may be engaged, dating, married, partnered—or sometimes even parent and child or other pairings) works with Nicole to identify specific areas of conflict and/or aspects of their relationship they would like to change, and then develops a plan of action to improve each individual’s satisfaction and contentment.
Nicole provides a safe and confidential setting, where couples are able to explore how their individual backgrounds, values, thoughts, and behaviors may be impacting their relationship in both positive and negative ways. Nicole will assist the couple with addressing any immediate and pressing problems, as well as developing strategies for protecting and enhancing the long-term health and happiness of their relationship.
